Returns & Refund

We offer a Money-Back guarantee within 30 days after purchase. You can email us at support@little-triangle.com

For returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

Please send us an email and we will provide you with the return address.

Please note: Orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled or refunded. If your package is en route, you must wait for it to arrive, and then return it following our return policy to receive a refund.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until 3 hours of having placed them. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we proudly offer absolute satisfaction guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your item on time and as described.

Our highest priority is to make you happy, so everyone who shops receives the following guarantees:

  • full refund if your order does not arrive within 60 days;

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address);
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • orders lost during transit due to incorrect shipping addresses.

You can submit refund requests by writing to us. If your refund is approved, a refund credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 business  days, please contact us.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our tracking. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team.
